Slow Burn is a nomadic restaurant experience founded in 2017 and helmed by chefs Tiffani Ortiz and Andy Doubrava. They’ve travelled the country cooking with sustainability in mind, and this book (the first of many) will help them share some of the knowledge and recipes that they’ve picked up along the way.

Michael Patrick Bailey is a Los Angeles-based illustrator, comic artist, fly fisherman and all around good guy; the chefs are beyond excited to be able to use his talent to help tell their story.
