Gratuity wont be accepted at any of our dining events, we charge a ticket priced to cover our own cost of operations . At Slow Burn we make the controversial choice to pay our employees well, rather than base our business model on the hypothetical kindness of others. i know, crazy right!? if you really really dug your meal and still want to tip we offer the option to donate via QR code at the time of your reservation or here on our site to gift a free ticket to someone who deserves it but cant afford it. Not too long ago we couldn't either, so the labor is on us and we use donations to cover the cost of ingredients.
