Passion fruit cocktail bitters

We've taken passion fruit skins left over from previous events, dried them and worked them into a fun earthy cocktail bitter. Use them in your old fashioned or make a soothing tonic!

Ingredients: bourbon, raw honey, passion fruit skins, distilled water, Buddha’s hand, black cardamom, Szechuan pepper.
